What is Solution Dive?

Solution Dive is a SaaS platform for professional diving operations management. It brings together diver control, equipment, operations, documents, a decompression simulator, and much more in one place.

Who is the platform for?

It was developed for professional diving companies, operators, underwater contractors, supervisors, and divers who need to organize and document operations safely and compliantly.

Do I need to install any app?

No. Solution Dive runs directly in the browser on any device. It is also available as a PWA, so you can add it to your phone's home screen without going through an app store.

How does the trial period work?

You get 7 free days to explore all features without needing to enter a credit card. At the end of the period, choose the plan that fits your operation.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no commitment or lock-in. You can cancel your plan at any time directly from the dashboard, with no penalties or additional fees.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encryption, automatic backups, two-factor authentication (2FA), and high-availability cloud infrastructure. All data is handled in compliance with LGPD (Brazil's data protection law).

How many users can I have on one account?

It depends on your plan. Starter supports up to 5 users, Professional up to 20, and Enterprise offers unlimited users with role-based permission management.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. All plans include access to support via email and WhatsApp. The Enterprise plan includes priority support and a dedicated account manager.
