TERMS OF USE – SOLUTION DIVE

1. ABOUT THE PLATFORM

Solution Dive is a digital platform developed to support professional diving operations, offering tools such as:

• Dive simulation
• Decompression calculations (based on recognized tables, such as US Navy)
• Operations registry
• Technical report generation
• Auxiliary tools (stopwatch, calculator, notes, and more)

The platform is an auxiliary tool and does not replace technical training, regulatory standards, or human operational decisions.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Solution Dive, the user declares that:

• Has legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Is responsible for all activities performed on their account
• Agrees to all rules described herein

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform in an ethical and professional manner
• Enter correct and up-to-date information
• Follow technical diving standards (regulations, Navy, international standards, etc.)
• Not use the system as the sole source for critical decisions

IMPORTANT: Solution Dive does not replace the dive supervisor — it is a support tool.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Solution Dive is not responsible for:

• Accidents, incidents or operational failures resulting from platform use
• Decisions made solely based on system information
• Improper use or use outside technical recommendations

The user acknowledges that diving operations involve high risks and require human professional judgment.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Although Solution Dive uses recognized models and technical calculations:

• Does not guarantee absence of errors
• May undergo constant updates and adjustments
• Should always be validated by qualified professionals

6. USER ACCOUNT

The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login and password
• Notifying any improper use
• All actions performed on their account

Solution Dive may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, violation of these terms, or suspicious activities.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, including system, design, code, logo, and reports, is the exclusive property of Solution Dive. Copying, reproducing, or distributing without authorization is prohibited.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA

Data entered by the user:

• Is used for platform operation
• May be stored for history and reports
• Is handled according to security best practices

Solution Dive commits to protecting data but cannot guarantee absolute security against external attacks.

9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

Solution Dive may update features or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.

10. PROFESSIONAL USE AND RISKS

The platform was developed for technical use, but does not replace certifications, practical training, or applicable legal standards. The user is solely responsible for the diving operation.

12. JURISDICTION AND LEGISLATION

The courts of the user's jurisdiction or Solution Dive's headquarters are elected for dispute resolution.

Solution Dive was conceived by Luiz Felipe Klincevicius Nascimento, CEO and Diving Supervisor, with the goal of increasing safety, efficiency, and professionalism in diving operations.
